Leslie started leading teams on retail floors at Albertsons and Hobby Lobby — managing people of every age and background, running departments, and stepping into full store leadership as assistant store manager. That foundation carried her into a CPA firm and eventually into building NexPath Coaching. Today she works with business owners and accounting professionals across the country, helping them stop being the bottleneck in their own business and build teams and systems that actually work.
