Founded by Lynn Brannan and Leslie Liondas, NexPath Coaching was built on the belief that lasting organizational success starts with people who feel seen, understood, and connected.
Today, our entire team carries that mission forward helping leaders and teams communicate better, trust deeper, and perform stronger.
Together, we bring decades of leadership, business, and coaching experience across multiple industries from accounting, local government, retail, and professional services.

Lynn and Leslie combine more than 25 years of leadership and business experience. Lynn’s background spans accounting, advisory, oil and gas, and federal and local government helping her understand how communication and culture impact every level of an organization.
Leslie brings extensive experience as a CPA and retail manager giving her firsthand insight into people leadership, operational performance, and customer-focused growth.
