NexPath Coaching was born from a real business, built by a real team, and proven through real results before we ever coached a single client.
Our story
The business that built the coaching company.
NexPath Coaching didn't start in a classroom. It started with two women who have been working side by side for well over a decade long before NexPath had a name.
Leslie and Lynn's partnership began before Leslie even had her CPA license, working together in a family business, building trust, and learning what it really takes to lead people through change. When Leslie earned her CPA in 2014 and founded Leslie Liondas, CPA, PLLC, Lynn was right there. Together they built the firm from the ground up and together they began the work of making it run without either of them at the center.
As the firm grew, Megan, Danielle, and Chelsea joined and the full team became the living proof of concept. Together they built systems, implemented processes, and created a business that wasn't dependent on any one person from ownership all the way down. What they built was so distinctive that people started noticing.
Clients and colleagues began asking: "How did you make your business run without you? How is your team this aligned? How do you get people to take ownership at every level?" The questions kept coming and the coaching began. That was 2019.
For over six years the team coached under the CPA firm helping business owners, accounting professionals, and leaders build what they had built themselves. When Leslie was advised to separate the coaching work from the CPA firm in 2024, NexPath Coaching was the natural next step. Not a new idea. A new home for work that had already been proven.
A partnership over a decade in the making.
The coaching wasn't invented — it was asked for. People saw what the team had built and wanted to know how. That's where NexPath's methodology came from.

NexPath didn't launch in 2024 and start figuring it out. The team has been coaching real clients since 2019 over five years of results before NexPath Coaching had its own name.
Demand created it.

Meet Lynn and Leslie.
Leslie Liondas, CPA
Co-Founder & Lead Coach
Leslie started her leadership journey on a retail floor managing departments and serving as assistant store manager for Albertsons and Hobby Lobby before moving into public accounting. As the founder of Leslie Liondas, CPA, PLLC, she spent years working alongside small business owners, watching capable, hardworking people struggle not because they lacked talent — but because they lacked systems, clarity, and the communication skills to lead effectively.
So she built what was missing. Today Leslie leads NexPath's 1:1 coaching work with teams and organizations, bringing 35+ years of leadership experience across retail, accounting, and coaching. She is a Certified John Maxwell Speaker, Trainer and Coach, and a CPA who understands her clients' world from the inside out.

Lynn Brannan
Co-Founder & Lead Coach
Lynn's career was built in environments where communication wasn't optional and getting it wrong had real consequences. As a pipeline controller, code enforcement officer, apartment and building inspector, and supervisor of 200+ people during the US Census, she spent years delivering difficult messages to people who didn't want to hear them clearly, fairly, and with integrity every time. She even rewrote city ordinances and worked alongside the Houston Apartment Association.
That foundation combined with 12 years inside a CPA firm where she was instrumental in a major organizational transition gave Lynn a depth of real-world communication experience that most coaches simply don't have. She is a Certified John Maxwell Speaker, Trainer and Coach, Maxwell DISC Consultant and a Certified Working Genius Facilitator.

Megan Comer

Megan joined Leslie's and Lynn's accounting firm while still in high school starting as an admin, growing into bookkeeping, and eventually becoming the person who built and owned the systems that transformed how the firm operated.
Her 9+ year journey is a masterclass in what happens when someone finds their genius and is given the space to run with it. Today she coaches 1:1 on pricing, systems, processes, operations, mindset, and leadership and is one of the most versatile coaches on the team.

Danielle joined the team over nine years ago in bookkeeping, grew into tax, and ultimately found her calling in coaching. Like Megan, she was instrumental in helping Leslie's accounting firm get out of the day-to-day chaos and she now brings that hands-on experience to accounting professionals who are ready to make the same shift.
Danielle specializes in helping accountants build businesses that run without them, with deep expertise in the operational and leadership challenges unique to the profession.
