Everything we teach was first built inside our own business. We learned it by living it, refining it, and proving it long before we ever taught it to someone else.
Our story
The business that built the coaching company.
NexPath Coaching didn't start in a classroom. It started with two women who have been working side by side for well over a decade long before NexPath had a name.
Leslie and Lynn's partnership began before Leslie even had her CPA license, working together in a family business, building trust, and learning what it really takes to lead people through change. When Leslie earned her CPA in 2014 and founded Leslie Liondas, CPA, PLLC, Lynn was right there. Together they built the firm from the ground up and together they began the work of making it run without either of them at the center.
As the firm grew, Chelsea, Danielle, and Megan joined and the full team became the living proof of concept. Together they built systems, implemented processes, and created a business that wasn't dependent on any one person from ownership all the way down. What they built was so distinctive that people started noticing.
Clients and colleagues began asking: "How did you make your business run without you? How is your team this aligned? How do you get people to take ownership at every level?" The questions kept coming and the coaching began. That was 2019.
For over five years the team coached under the CPA firm helping business owners, accounting professionals, and leaders build what they had built themselves. When Leslie was advised to separate the coaching work from the CPA firm in 2024, NexPath Coaching was the natural next step. Not a new idea. A new home for work that had already been proven.

Leslie Liondas, CPA
Co-Founder & Lead Coach
Leslie's leadership journey began long before she became a CPA. She managed teams in retail leadership before moving into public accounting, where she founded Leslie Liondas, CPA, PLLC in 2014. Over the past decade, she has worked alongside hundreds of small business owners, helping them navigate growth while building a firm that became known for far more than bookkeeping.
As both a CPA and business owner, Leslie experienced firsthand what it felt like to become the bottleneck. She understands the pressure of carrying every decision, solving every problem, and believing no one else can do it quite right. Rather than accepting that as the cost of success, she and her team intentionally built systems, developed leaders, and created a business that could operate beyond any one person.
Today, Leslie leads NexPath's coaching engagements, helping business owners build stronger operations, stronger leaders, and healthier businesses through practical systems that create lasting ownership and accountability.
She brings more than 35+ years of leadership experience, the perspective of an active CPA firm owner, and the credibility of someone who still lives the work every day.

Lynn Brannan
Co-Founder & Lead Coach
Lynn's career has always centered on leadership, communication, and building organizations that perform under pressure. Before joining the accounting profession, she held leadership roles spanning pipeline operations, code enforcement, municipal government, and supervision of more than 200 employees during the U.S. Census. Every role reinforced the same lesson: when communication breaks down, everything else eventually follows.
Since joining Leslie Liondas, CPA, PLLC in 2014, Lynn has served as Chief Operating Officer, leading operations, systems development, team growth, and organizational strategy. Together with the team, she helped build a business designed to operate without depending on one person—an experience that ultimately became the foundation for NexPath Coaching and the S.O.S. Framework™.
Today, Lynn helps business owners identify the patterns keeping them trapped in owner dependency and guides them toward stronger communication, healthier leadership, and businesses that continue growing beyond the owner's personal capacity.
As a Certified John Maxwell Speaker, Trainer, and Coach, Certified Maxwell DISC Consultant, and Certified Working Genius Facilitator, she combines practical business experience with proven leadership frameworks to help organizations create lasting change.

Before joining the team nearly a decade ago, Chelsea served as a correctional officer, where clear communication, composure under pressure, and leadership were essential every day.
