Team Productivity & Alignment
Every person has a unique set of working geniuses the ways they naturally contribute to getting things done. When a team understands which geniuses are represented and which are missing, everything changes.
What is Working Genius?
Working Genius doesn't just describe who you are, it shows how you work and where you thrive. It gives your team a shared language for collaboration, accountability, and clarity.
There are six types of Working Genius. Every person has two geniuses areas where they naturally excel and feel energized. Two competencies areas where they can work but don't feel energized. And two frustrations areas that drain them.
When people operate outside their genius zones, frustration, burnout, and disengagement follow. When they operate inside them, everything flows.

The six types
W — Wonder
The genius of pondering and asking questions. Wonder people love to think about possibilities and ask "what if?" They generate the curiosity that starts every great idea
I — Invention
The genius of creating original solutions and ideas. Invention people love to take a question or problem and come up with a brand new answer or approach.
D — Discernment
The genius of instinctive evaluation. Discernment people have a natural ability to assess whether an idea or solution makes sense — even without all the data.
G — Galvanizing
The genius of rallying people. Galvanizing people love to inspire and motivate others to take action around an idea or initiative. They get people moving.
E — Enablement
The genius of providing support. Enablement people respond to the needs of others and provide assistance. They make things happen for others with enthusiasm.
T — Tenacity
The genius of pushing through to completion. Tenacity people love to finish. They find satisfaction in seeing a project through to the end and ensuring results are achieved.
