She started her career in retail management running departments and serving as assistant store manager for Albertsons and Hobby Lobby, before moving into a CPA firm environment and eventually building NexPath Coaching.
Today she actively works with CPA firm owners, bookkeepers, and accounting professionals across the country coaching them on pricing, systems, operations, and leadership. Her sessions are built from real implementation with hundreds of accounting professionals, not adapted from another industry. Lynn spent 12 years inside a CPA firm including being instrumental in a major organizational transition giving her deep insight into the culture, communication challenges, and leadership dynamics of the accounting world. But her communication expertise goes further than that.
Her career spans some of the most high-pressure communication environments imaginable including, pipeline controller, code enforcement officer, apartment and building inspector, and supervisor of 200+ people during the US Census. She's shut down businesses. She's delivered unwelcome news to people who really didn't want to hear it. Every framework she teaches was forged where getting it wrong had real consequences. She is a Certified DISC Consultant, Certified Working Genius Facilitator, and Maxwell Leadership Certified.
