Leslie Liondas, CPA, is a trailblazer in the accounting industry, specializing in helping accountants scale their firms with intention and efficiency. In 2014, Leslie took over her mother’s bookkeeping business and, together with her best friend and business partner, Lynn Brannan, transformed it from a struggling operation into the thriving firm it is today. Through their combined leadership, the business underwent a complete overhaul, emerging as a model of success known for its strategic growth and client-focused services.

With over a decade of experience, Leslie has become a Certified Clockwork Partner, a Certified Business Advisor with the Institute of Advisors, and a Certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker with the John Maxwell Team. Her and Lynn’s expertise in process optimization, business advisory, and leadership have been key to their firm’s success, supported by a dedicated team of five.

Leslie holds both a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Accounting and is passionate about helping other accountants achieve sustainable growth while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Their spiritual vision is to change the accounting industry from one of burnout to one where professionals can thrive. Leslie and Lynn reside in Somerville, TX, with their three dogs, continuing to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the accounting world. Together, they prove that scaling a firm doesn’t have to come at the expense of personal well-being. 

Lynn co-founded NexPath Coaching and as been working along side Leslie since 2014. She brings a wealth of expertise and passion to the business. As a Certified John Maxwell Coach, Speaker, and Trainer, a Certified Clockwork Partner, and a Certified in Patrick Lencioni's Working Genius, Lynn is deeply committed to leadership and team building. She has collaborated with numerous leaders and teams, taking great pride in adding value and witnessing the transformative growth of both business owners and their teams.

Outside of her professional life, Lynn loves to travel and cherishes time spent with her beloved dogs. She is also a proud mother of two sons and a devoted grandmother to her grandchildren.

Megan has been with Leslie and Lynn since 2017. Once Megan began working for Leslie, she realized she had a love for marketing and technology. She has continued to follow that love by becoming Leslie’s Marketing Specialist. She is  Certified in Patrick Lencioni's Working Genius and is passionate about helping other business owners develop their teams and with technology that can help streamline their firms. She lives in Lake Jackson, with her husband, son and their two dogs. Megan loves a good game night, reading and plants.
